The Bamboo Pit Viper ( Trimeresurus gramineus ) is a medium sized greenish snake , can be identified by checking triangular head which is much broader than neck , green dorsal marked with rick or faint black markings and yellow belly .
It was first described from Vizagpatnam ( now Visakhapatnam ) . A midly venomous snake which can cause a painful bite Type : Mildly Venomous
IUCN status : Least Concern
