Barred Wolf Snake : Body is black or chocolate brown with broad white bands . Its a non venomous snake. It is often mistaken as a Krait ( Venomous ) due to its appearance similar to that of Krait .

These are small snakes growing about 40cms

Type : Non Venomous 

IUCN status : Least Concerned
