Golden Oriole ( Oriolus oriolus) is a bird that keeps to the trees and frequently countryside that is well - wooded yet open can often be found in groves of large trees close to habitation, as well as in gardens and on the sides of busy , noisy roads. The flight is strong yet dipping. Eats insects, figs as well as other fruits, berries and the nectar of flowers .
