Painted Stork ( Mycteria leucocephala ) is a common breeding resident found throughout plains of India spends lot of time standing beak partially immersed in any shallow waters while searching for fish,frog or snake . A long - legged, long necked ,large black and white bird with orange - yellow bill and face . Juvenile looks smoke grey.
