Peasant tailed Jacana belongs to the group of waders . It is usually found in swamps ,freshwates and lakes .They feed on the insects from water surface and invertebrates from the roots and leaves of aquatic vegetation . Commonly found all over visakhapatnam.
IUCN status : Least Concern
